The founder and person in charge is John Woods, who has worked in publishing for over 25 years. John is assisted by Robert Magnan, editor and production manager, and Nancy Woods, editor. Bob has worked in higher education for 15 years and in publishing about 10 years. Nancy has been a teacher, community activist, and more recently an editor for CWL.

John is also an author and editor. His special emphasis is management and the systems view of organizations. John also speaks on issues of corporate culture and organizational transformation. (Read about the titles John has written or edited, often with Jim Cortada).
